The choice of breed made by Mark, Lynn, Todd and Naomi was easy, because Droughtmaster cattle exhibit the following qualities:

The family now enjoys the benefits of this excellent decision - and enjoys nothing more than watching calves mature into high quality animals.

With a little help from our Droughties
The easy doing nature of the Droughtmaster breed, along with their high fertility, has helped the family to develop two local properties "Riverbed", at Lilydale, and "Appletree Flat" at Winegrove. These properties were sold in 2018 to allow Mark and Lynn to enjoy their retirement.

The family is currently developing a property at Seelands ("Riverstone"), where the herd still "helps out".
